AdvisorsUndergraduate AdvisorsStudents in the undergraduate program may obtain general information on program requirements from the GSPH Coordinator of Admissions and Student Affairs in Hepner Hall (HH) 129. Students with additional questions or seeking individual guidance should email Dr. Virginia Kreisworth, or call her at (619) 594-1867.Graduate Advisors (MPH, MS, and Ph.D.)Students who enroll in the GSPH will be assigned a faculty advisor at orientation. Advisors are assigned randomly, and students are welcome to change their advisor to another faculty member in their division as appropriate.
Dr. Alma Koch is the Graduate Advisor for the GSPH. She has official signature
authority for university forms, including the Official Program of Study.
She also serves as the interface between students, the GSPH, and the
Graduate Division, and assists in interpreting academic policies and procedures.
