Biography:

Dr. Stephen Williams previously served as the head of the Health Services Administration division in the Graduate School of Public Health. Prior to joining the SDSU faculty, Dr. Williams was the was Associate Professor and Associate Director of the Program in Health Administration and Planning at the University of Washington. Dr. Williams is national editor of Delmar Publishing's book series in health services. He has been the Director of a large federally funded study on preventive health services provided to Medicare enrollees.
