Biography:

Dr. Baek is a multidisciplinary health services researcher. Before joining health services research, he had an academic training in service operations management in Korea and received his doctorate from University of South Carolina. His research interests include quality improvement in healthcare and health information technology (HIT). Currently he is focusing on studying HIT and its impact on patient centered care.
