Overview
The GSPH field practicum ensures to the greatest extent possible integration of classroom experiences within the public health environment and can be paid or unpaid. The practicum is meant to be a win-win situation for both the agency and the student.
Student Directions:
- Submit Form 1 - Enrollment Application
Submit the enrollment application prior to beginning a field practice experience. The request must be reviewed and approved by the student's faculty advisor before the student may register for the course.
- Register for PH 497
After the enrollment application is received and approved, register for PH 497 through Web Portal.
- Submit Form 2 - Site/Agency Information
After identifying your site/agency location, submit Form 2.
