    The Graduate School of Public Health turns 25 this year!

Join us for our two day celebration exploring "The Changing Faces of Public Health".

Special presentations include the first Benenson Distinguished Lecture by Donald A. ("DA") Henderson, MD, and a Gala Dinner address by former California State Senator Deborah Ortiz.

Description

The Graduate School of Public Health [GSPH] at San Diego State University is celebrating 25 years of serving the San Diego community and the public at large through our teaching, research, and service efforts. The GSPH is dedicated to educating the next generation of public health leaders and conducting innovative research to improve the nation's health. This year we are celebrating our accomplishments by hosting several events including a Gala Dinner on April 14th at the San Diego Mission Valley Marriott. We need your help to make this dinner a success.

Here's how you can help:

  1. Please consider contributing an item to the silent auction. You, your employer, or both can donate the item. Some items that have sold well at other auctions are gift baskets, wine, children's items, food items, gift certificates, electronic equipment, artwork, travel tickets, and books. We have enclosed a donation form for you to complete. All donations are 100% tax deductible and will be featured in several publications including the Gala Dinner Program.

  2. Please pass this information to other people and organizations who might consider donating an item, service, or other contribution for our event. The more items we receive, the more funds we will raise to support the educational and research missions of the GSPH.
