Admission Requirements and Application

To declare the minor:

• Obtain a "Declaration of Major or Minor" form from either the Office of the Registrar, Student Services West room 1641, or the Office of Advising and Evaluations, Student Services West room 1551.

• Complete your student information and take the form to the department office, Hardy Memorial Tower room 119. They will fill out the rest of the information and provide you with the major/minor code.

• Return the form to the Office of the Registrar.
