| Requirements: | Students who are currently enrolled in undergraduate or graduate programs at U.S. colleges or universities must apply through the Fulbright Program Advisers (FPA) on their campuses. Alumni may also apply through the U.S. alma mater, provided that the application is accepted by the Fulbright Program Adviser. |
