Job Title:Associate Director/Director HEOR

Description:Seeking strong researcher with a proven track record, who is interested in being part of a world-class health economics and outcomes research team.

The successful candidate will conduct quantitative analyses and build statistical models. Design and execute retrospective claims database analyses, epidemiological studies (case-controlled, cohort, etc). Design, develop, implement modeling using DATA, Decision Maker, Excel, and SAS software programs. Solve complex problems in a timely manner with minimal management oversight. Work with clients and staff as part of a cross-functional team. Develop and implement U.S. and global HEOR strategies and tactics for pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotechnology products. Implement tactics required to achieve health economics and reimbursement strategic objectives (preparation of economic and reimbursement dossiers for payer negotiations, new code applications, customer billing guides, etc.).

Requirements:Advanced degree in Health Services Research, e.g. Health Economics, Outcomes Research, Health Technology Assessment or Public Health is required (Master level; PhD preferred). Minimum 5 years experience in Health Economics, Reimbursement or Outcomes Research position required. Strong project management skills. Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage work load and meet project deadlines. Experience with large claims database and different modeling approaches. Knowledge, experience in pharmaceutical and/or medical device industry is preferred with an understanding of the healthcare reimbursement environment. Strong leadership skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, strong communication, interpersonal and management skills.
