We market and sell food products to correctional facilities, schools, relief organizations and non-profit organizations. We are a cutting edge leader in our field with an outstanding reputation! We are seeking a creative and passionate Registered Dietician to join our team! This person will be responsible for working with our sales representatives, senior staff and clients to design and create menu options for our institutional food service accounts. Office environment. Ability to travel by personal vehicle for meetings within SD and for occasional meetings in Orange County. Ability to travel overnight up to several times per year for training at the NCS Coordinating Center in Rockville, MD and other sites as necessary.
Requirements:	You must be able to work within strict budgetary constraints to create unique and nutritious meals that meet all regulatory and nutritional guidelines. You will also be responsible for planning and writing specifications and recipe standardization. The ideal candidate will be able to think outside of the box to assist with product development and will also be responsible for creating and distributing a newsletters to our customers as well as providing in nutrition education and training to our employees. Must be a Registered Dietician Must be proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook. Prefer candidates familiar with Computrition.
