We are a management consulting firm and marketing agency headquartered in San Diego. We help socially minded companies advance their mission and improve their bottom line. We have a dynamic work environment and a wide diversity of clients and projects. We are seeking someone who can provide project support and coordination for our team. The position requires a high level of organizational and analytical skills; the ability to prioritize work and internalize goals; and excellent email, verbal, and written communication skills. We’re seeking a detail-oriented self-starter who has solid independent judgment and reasoning skills. Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills that demonstrate professional maturity and judgment required. Working knowledge of research techniques (especially Internet-based); ability to gather and analyze data and translate into verbal and written presentations. Competency and creativity with word processing, presentation, and spreadsheet programs a must.
Under general supervision, work with Project Manager to ensure timely and professional client and project coordination. Create and maintain project calendars; coordinate/negotiate with vendors for focus groups, events, and publications; schedule meetings, workshops, trainings, and interviews; develop Power Point, Word, and Excel documents for internal coordination and external communication with clients; and perform research, analyze data, synthesize information, and produce summary documents. Coordinate travel and events for President and clients. Coordinate all internal office accounts such as supplies, equipment, internet and phone accounts.

| Requirements: | Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in one of the health sciences, public or business administration, marketing, or related field and five or more years of professional experience in marketing, health communication/promotion, or project coordination; experience should give evidence of competence and indicate the potential for future growth. A Master's degree in a job-related field may be substituted for two years of the professional experience. Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in a related field (e.g. MPH, MBA, Communications). Understanding of QuickBooks, bookkeeping, and business accounting preferred. Knowledge of current web and video technology (e.g. Web 2.0, Flash) is a big plus.

| Compensation: | $3,166 - $4,000/ mo. Or higher hourly rate with no benefits. Commensurate with knowledge, skills, and experience. |
