Job Title:Part-time Administrative Assistant

Location:Coronado, CA
Description:The Administrator Assistant supports the daily functions of the location. The primary responsibility is to support the company in its daily functioning by managing the administrative needs of the Coronado office.

Responsibilities:

  • Supports the Program Manager and the Business Manager
  • Manages the office’s administrative functions including scheduling, appointments, travel, correspondence, telephone conferences for example
  • Develops and manages databases and files
  • Manages office administrative needs, including equipment service, office supplies
  • Supports marketing and communication efforts
  • Assists in meeting and event planning logistics
  • Other or duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Understanding of the unique needs of military members and their families, required
  • Bachelors degree in related field
  • At least 3 years of administrative experience
  • Advanced competency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Able to quickly adapt to changes in project timelines, deliverables
  • Ability to maintain utmost confidentiality and sensitivity
  • Occasional evening and/or weekend hours may be required
  • Occasional travel may be required
Compensation:Salary: DOE, Pro-rated benefits: holiday, vacation, health and dental insurance
