With the national VA Office of Public Health Surveillance we work on the following:
- Data validation of the QC Pathfinder HAI and antibiotic resistance surveillance system.
- Development and validation of HAI detection algorithms for QC Pathfinder.
- Data validation, development work and system monitoring for the VA Essence biosurveillance system.
- Surveillance and response projects for emerging health events in VA.
- Data validation of the Praedico biosurveillance toolset designed for early detection, monitoring, and forecasting of infectious disease outbreaks.
