Each year Forbes magazine selects 600 of the brightest young individuals in 20 different fields. This year, they selected PhD candidate Catherine Marinac as one of the 30 under 30 in healthcare. Catherine is a candidate in SDSU/UCSD doctoral program in Health Behavior. She is currently working under Ruth Patterson at Moores Cancer Center where she recently published a first author paper looking at the impact of overnight fasting on breast cancer risk.
