Project Description

  • Girls Invest is a mobile app-based program promoting financial literacy, health, and social empowerment among adolescent girls. Girls in this program are provided with a special savings account and an initial deposit of $100 dollars after completing Girls Invest app trainings and activities. As part of this project, we are also evaluation the economic, social, and health impact of Girls Invest among over 200 adolescent girls in San Diego, Riverside, and Ventura counties.
