Second-year dual Master’s in Public Health and Social Work student, Doug Dalay, is helping equip school districts with the tools to improve student health countywide.
As part of the County of San Diego Health and Human Services Agency’s new Live Well San Diego initiative, Dalay helped lead the project of “Tools for Schools,” a resource guide of the best and most promising health practices for school districts to implement. The toolkit is scheduled to be released to school policy makers in early March.
